Office Policies

  • All sessions are by appointment only.
  • Groups and/or workshops may require a free consultation before joining.
  • It is the client responsibility to pay all fees, co-pays, and balances in full at the time of service.
    • Upon your request, a copy of your receipt or a superbill can be provided which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
    • Not all insurance companies reimburse for psychotherapy or acknowledge superbills.
    • It is the client responsibility to verify the specifics of your coverage and seek their own reimbursement.
    • Sessions are 50-minutes in length. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, in order to avoid running over to the next person's scheduled appointment. When reserving an appointment, Mrs. Zenner has dedicated this time to your treatment and is not able to provide any other services at this time. Failure to provide 24-hour notice of cancellation will result in a full session cancellation fee. If you are not able to attend your appointment, please cancel/reschedule the appointment with a minimum of 24-hour notice.
Mrs. Zenner is not available 24 hours per day/ 7 days per week.
